1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

European Union & UK: Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days.

Remote or Island Regions: May take up to 30–50 business days due to local logistics limitations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries in the European Union and the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
4. Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping: On all orders – no minimum required!
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking link to update.
6. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. This means items in the same order may arrive separately.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
