Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy — Ocularizze
At Ocularizze, your satisfaction is important to us. Our products are designed with care and attention to quality, and our support team is always available to assist you. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our cancellation, return, and refund policies below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may have already been processed and can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging, provided the request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are:
- Used or worn
- Damaged due to misuse or natural wear and tear
- Returned after the 14-day window
- Shipped without prior approval
To request a return:

- Wait for our approval before shipping the product.
- Return the item in its original packaging, unused, and include your order number and the shipping name.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of items damaged upon delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. If the item is confirmed to be in good condition, your refund will be processed within an additional 10 business days.
All refunds are processed based on the original purchase amount. The customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges applied by their financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. A product is only considered damaged if it has a physical defect — damage to external packaging is not considered product damage.
To report a damaged item:
- Email us with a clear photo of the damage and include your order number.
- If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities
We work with trusted shipping partners, but delays or delivery issues may occur and are beyond our control. In such cases:

- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen parcels after shipment.
